About the Role

USET Solutions is an Australia-headquartered building systems company specialising in industrialised construction and Modern Methods of Construction (MMC).

As Regional Project Director, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across project opportunities within your region. You will work closely with developers, builders, consultants, engineers, manufacturing partners and key stakeholders to support projects from early engagement through planning, coordination and delivery.

This is a senior role suited to an experienced construction professional who understands complex project delivery and can build strong relationships while maintaining a clear focus on programme, quality, commercial outcomes and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead regional project development and delivery activities across USET Solutions' modular, precast and prefabricated construction portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with developers, builders, consultants, government stakeholders and project partners.
• Coordinate project requirements across design, engineering, manufacturing, logistics and on-site delivery teams.
• Support early-stage project assessment, feasibility, planning and delivery strategy.
• Oversee project programmes, key milestones, risks, commercial considerations and stakeholder expectations.
• Identify opportunities where industrialised construction and MMC can improve programme certainty, scalability and project delivery.
• Work with USET's national and international supply and manufacturing network to support coordinated project outcomes.
• Provide leadership throughout project mobilisation and delivery, helping ensure projects progress safely, efficiently and in accordance with relevant Australian requirements.
• Represent USET Solutions professionally at client meetings, industry engagements and project discussions.
• Contribute to the continued growth of USET Solutions and its regional project pipeline.

About You

You are an experienced project or construction leader with a strong understanding of the Australian building and development environment. You are commercially aware, highly organised and confident working with multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders.

Ideally, you will bring:

• Significant experience in construction, development, project management or a related built-environment field.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex construction or development projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, design coordination, procurement and construction delivery.
• Experience working with developers, builders, consultants and other project stakeholders.
• Strong commercial judgement and an understanding of project cost, programme and risk.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• A practical, solutions-focused approach to project delivery.
• Experience in modular construction, prefabrication, precast systems or Modern Methods of Construction would be highly regarded.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, architecture, project management or a related discipline would be advantageous.
